A beautiful two room apartment (30 m²) in the heart of the city! Recently renovated and just two minutes’ walk from the central train station Porta Nuova. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) in an historic building and close to all of the city’s historical sites, museums and shopping streets. Fully furnished, it is perfect for couples, business travelers and students.
#Amneties
The kitchen is fully furnished with all utilities necessary for a comfortable stay. We provide bed linen, towels and soap. Other amenities you can find in this apartment are: Air dryer, heating, washing machine, iron, refrigerator dishes and silverware, cooking basics, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, coffee maker and an oven.

Check-in after 11:00 PM will be charged an extra 20,00 € to pay on arrival. Please wash and dry the dishes after using them Please empty the trash bins before check out Please turn off radiators/AC before check out
Upon check-in you’ll be given a set of keys that includes the keys to your apartment and to the building entrances. Please take care of your keys! Losing the whole set will cost you a penalty of 50€. Breaking or damaging a key will cost 10€ but can get to 150€ if the entire lock needs to be replaced. – We try to be as flexible as possible with our guests in terms of check-in/out times.
Unless agreed differently with our guests in advance, checking out is on 11:00 AM. Since we are working with a cleaning service, guests that do not respect check-out time cause us an extra penalty and delays towards our next guests. Thus we are forced to apply an extra fee (penalty) of 20€ for guests who don’t check out on time.
