A lovely two room apartment (45 m²) in the heart of the city! With only a few minutes walk from the river Po and the Valentino park, the city’s historical sites and many local bars. The apartment was recently renovated and is perfect for couples, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

The kitchen is fully furnished with all utilities necessary for a comfortable stay. We provide bed linen, towels and soap. Other amenities you can find in this apartment are: Air dryer, heating, iron, refrigerator dishes and silverware, cooking basics, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, coffee maker and an oven.
In case of a third guest, a folding bed (80×190 cm) will be set up in the living area.

Upon check-in you’ll be given a set of keys that includes the keys to your apartment and to the building entrances. Please take care of your keys! Losing the whole set will cost you a penalty of 50€. Breaking or damaging a key will cost 10€ but can get to 150€ if the entire lock needs to be replaced. – We try to be as flexible as possible with our guests in terms of check-in/out times.
Unless agreed differently with our guests in advance, checking out is on 11:00 AM. Since we are working with a cleaning service, guests that do not respect check-out time cause us an extra penalty and delays towards our next guests. Thus we are forced to apply an extra fee (penalty) of 20€ for guests who don’t check out on time.
