The kitchen is fully furnished with all utilities necessary for a comfortable stay. We provide bed linen, towels and soap. Other amenities you can find in this apartment are: Air dryer, dishwasher, heating, washing machine, iron, refrigerator dishes and silverware, cooking basics, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, coffee maker, stove and a microwave.

Check-in after 11:00 PM will be charged an extra 20,00 € to pay on arrival. Please wash and dry the dishes after using them Please empty the trash bins before check out Please turn off radiators/AC before check out
Upon check-in you’ll be given a set of keys that includes the keys to your apartment and to the building entrances. Please take care of your keys! Losing the whole set will cost you a penalty of 50€. Breaking or damaging a key will cost 10€ but can get to 150€ if the entire lock needs to be replaced. – We try to be as flexible as possible with our guests in terms of check-in/out times.
Unless agreed differently with our guests in advance, checking out is on 11:00 AM. Since we are working with a cleaning service, guests that do not respect check-out time cause us an extra penalty and delays towards our next guests. Thus we are forced to apply an extra fee (penalty) of 20€ for guests who don’t check out on time.
